Slipperdeslip

Both my daughters have slippers, that are suited for the "Faces In Places" Flickr-group.
The black ones are from my oldest daughter and the sheep on them look like eyes and the feetopening like shouting mouths, while the ribbon with sparkles on the bottom ones, make them look like shouting twins with glasses on and angry eyes. These are from my youngest daughter.
The black ones were chosen by the "Faces in Places" weblog.

I'm bewildered about the very intense paintings of dutch Tamara Muller.

Tanning month

In Holland January is also called tannning month. Apparantly when nothing else could be done around the farm in the past, tanning the hides, which was a time consuming job, was one of the left things to do.
