It's Sinterklaas days again in Holland. He arrived by steamboat last Saturday. And he went right to the kitchen to create some food for the children's page I work for. He did that as a favor to me, because I behave so good all the time.This creation is Dutch rusk, butter, chocolate confetti/sprinkles, two raisins and a stripe of red marmalade. And it's the head of Zwarte Piet (Black Pete).
